EnglishTea payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record, which issues the receipt for your purchase.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing a subscription or a one-time pass.
You can cancel anytime via the management link in /plan inside the bot or via the Paddle receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period. Incorrect renewal charges can be disputed within 14 days.
Email contact@atimael.dev with the email used at checkout, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.
